We went from AT&T to Verizon after moving from Missouri to Georgia because the area had better service after 3 year's we still have bad service with only 2 bars in the reception. We have moved to Northern Virginia and still have the same bad reception of service. I am in a complete 4G area and only have 2 bars if that at times. Is there a setting I am missing or is it time to change to a different provider? We bought our phones outright. When I went into the store all they did was want to sell me an upgrade and tell me it is what it is, and I have to live with it. How much more can service degrade. if someone has the answer to fix this issue please advise.
