I am beyond annoyed with Verizon after spending 2 hours on the phone I was treated with an attitude over an issue that many customers seem to be having. After signing up for Fios with the promise of a gift card and a google nest hub, I foolishly recommend all my friends and family to Verizon. I was greatly mistaken because it is now nearing October 2022 and still have not been able to redeem my google nest hub. (I opened up an account with Verizon Fios in December 2021)
