Had a Verizon tech out today to install brand new TV. and phone service for my elderly parents.
Shortly after tech left everything went dead and no phone or TV
Many calls to Verizon going round and round and in circles speaking to automated assisted to reboot service. Nothing.
have been in hold now for over an 1 hour and no help yet.
Verizon hours are till 5:00 today and I called in at 4:30. Wondering if I’m even in a que where someone will answer my call
