Box not working with remote?

My remote has stopped working for the box. Tv function still works and the same remote will work in the bedroom, so it seems to be a box issue. However, the box will turn and manually change when I press buttons on the box itself.

I’ve already reset the box twice, changed remote batteries, and all other known potential fixes.

What model boxes and what remotes are you using?
