Anyone else notice how impossible it is to file a complaint or dispute? If you call "Customer Service" they simply read back to you what you can already see on your account - but they can't provide any help or answers. I just had a Rep hang up on me because I kept asking what I needed to do to resolve a billing dispute. Told me there was nothing I could do and hung up on me! I cannot find a physical or email address to file a complaint. I can't even find a forum for this problem. Ever notice how there are a million ways to UPGRADE your service and pay them more money - but when you have a problem... crickets and dark alleys. Can anyone help me file a formal complaint?
