I cancelled my fios service and need to download all my purchased movies to my computer or the cloud. How can I do this?

Some said in another post that you have to link them to an ultraviolet account. He is the like they posted.

From other threads I have seen, you can keep access as long as you maintain your Verizon id and password. They do not go away when you terminate service.
it wont allow me to link an ultraviloet account since i cancelled my verizon service.
It says:
"Sorry for the inconvenience but you must be the primary account holder and have Fios TV service in order to link your UltraVioletâ„¢ Library to your Verizon Fios account"
Also, when I cancelled my service the service rep told me that I have 30 days to download my movies.
