Getting error 503 when deleting or trying to open email. Is that a Verizon problem or problem with my laptop?
Email also becomes inactive after 3--5 minutes of active use and I need to 'end task' and start over from the beginning.
That's normally attributed to one setting in your email. So go to the settings and check for 'my server requires authentication'
