Hi, I am using Fios Gigabit connection and I disabled SON as well.
Fios online account shows 2.4 GHz as well as 5 GHz connections are enabled but I can't change enable/disable on my Fios router settings.
5 GHz connections are disabled to edit on my Fios router. Also i can't see these networks to connect from my smart phones(Iphone 12 pro). Interacted with Fios technical team and they couldn't help.
