I came home last night and I have no phone service. I have important phone calls coming in for an event and now no phone again. This has happened to often. Anytime a service man works in our village my phone always has a problem. We are seniors and we need this phone. There's no phone off the hook, I tchecked that and it goes right to voice mail when I called to check if I get any calls. It doesn't even go to my voicemail message. Please check this asap.
