Has this ever worked or is this a new device you're using? What is your internet connection type, as FIOS and Satellite won't work with the extender? Have you called 800-922-0204 and requested technical support ensure your extender's MAC ID is properly associated/activated with your account in all databases?
Register the device under your Verizon Account.
