I installed the cloud app on my Mac and when starting l, the app get stuck in the load screen. It will never proceed to where I can login.
The same thing happened on my MacBook.
I’ve removed and reinstalled the app multiple times.
Help please.
That didn’t work, but figured it out.
You have to allow the full installation of the app in the Security and Privacy settings on the Mac.
maybe add this to the instructions when installing the app on a Mac.
We will do all we can to help. Uninstalling and reinstalling, then trying it on another device, were both great steps to take. We are sorry that did not work. The next step we recommend is clearing the history http://spr.ly/66033ZpFJ on your Mac, then retrying loading Verizon Cloud. Please keep us posted.

Unfortunately that did not work. I deleted the app, cleared the entire history, and reinstalled with having the same issue.
Access the cloud from the My Verizon app, and sign in, then sign back in to the computer. *Rhonda
