I canceled Nov 12. Still do not have the kit
- told to take to store. Nope
- claimed it was sent twice. Nope
- spending over an hour in chat and on phone several times no help. Nope
- suffered extreme polite apologies from unhelpful agents
Please tell me where to send your stuff. I will go off if you charge me anyway. Get your act together. Charge me and I will close my account. You charge too much money to have such ridiculous support. My time is more valuable that whatever you pay these support people to not help me. Do your job.
I will consider any charge fraudulent and unauthorized at this point.
