Do Unlimited Ultimate or Plus Plans Offer Any Premium Network Access

My current plans offer 50 GB of premium network access before my data may be temporarily slower than other traffic in times of network congestion. I do not see any similar language in the new Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate Plans. Does that mean they are subject to being slowed down from the very first GB of use?

, a Verizon CS rep once tried to upsell me on the Unlimited Ultimate plan, which supposedly always lets you have first dibs on the network, insulating you from the dreaded tower congestion slow data monster. Unlimited Plus also gives you priority access, as there is nothing saying you will be slowed down (deprioritized) during heavy traffic periods. Keep in mind that the majority of customers are postpaid and probably on the top 2 service plans though. So if the tower in your neighborhood is capable of handling 10,000 devices but there are 12,000 Unlimited Ultimate and Unlimited Plus customers in the area all trying to use the tower at the same time, someone's still getting shafted.
