Hi, I am Power of Attorney for a Verizon Fios account holder. I need online access to manage the account. i am only able to see instructions for submitting documents to Verizon Wireless. when I call customer service, the agents are unable to handle this without his pin (which he does not know), or sending messages to his cell phone or email (which he cannot access). They said that even with the POA, I cannot access his account without this. This cannot be correct.
