Did you get it straightened out? I just added a new line to Verizon for my husband and he transferred from Straight talk. They said he’d have service on the one phone till it transferred. He has no service on either right now.
Hi Grayson77. I am sure you and your husband are frustrated with neither phone receiving service. Let's figure out what the port status is. Was his number ported to Verizon Prepaid or postpaid service?
