I have an issue with my ONT. POTS light blinking, red light on fail. I called tech and they guided me through the usual. Said that the next technician available would be Tuesday. That would be a three day outage. My son and I work from home, and needed the Internet on Saturday. They said they would call me back an expedited for me. They never called back. When I called Verizon to try to expedite, they said there was no way. This happened once before, a New Year’s Eve, and someone came out quickly on that day to fix the problem. I don’t understand what happens with Verizon service. i’m still down and awaiting someone to come.
