Where do I begin?
21+ year Verizon customer,never missed a payment or have ever had a late payment. Went in store to inquire about 4 phone upgrade. Zero incentive given for account status.In store rep tried to do the right thing by putting in in touch with Loyalty dept.Proceeded to spend 5 hours on the phone with them!.Nice person in the loayalty dept could not complete the payment after repeated tries .Chase tells me that Verizon kept accepting then reversing CC payment.Happened many times over 5 hrs with 2 seperate cards.Was supposed to be a buy online pick up instore.Bottom line ..5 hours of my time wasted and end result was no phones were purchased!
