Corporate Discounts

I applied for your corporate discount for my firm and received notification from Verizon that it was verified and approved. Per the Verizon website confirmation, it says I am eligible for 24% off select plans, Unlimited Ultimate being the only one. Upon calling customer service to change my service to this plan and reflect the discount, I was told your site and this discount are not applicable to any offered plan at this time. It was provided by my company and verified by your customer service team (viewable in my account), who then told me that while we have a firm discount, you currently offer no cellular plan that it applies to.

Hello, alybrown713. My apologies for any confusion but the employee discounts are not eligible with unlimited plans. We do offer first responder, military, veteran, nurse, teacher and student discounts. Lastly, we do offer auto payment discounts. Would this be an option for you?
