wired slower than wireless?

I have a CR200A gateway and noticed that my ethernet connection is slower than my Wi-Fi connection when connecting to the same device.

I get about 300+ Mbs via WiFi, but only 206 Mbs via cable. I know that isn't a lot of a difference, but I expected a higher throughput on an ethernet cable.

Can this be corrected?

200Mbps is definitely too slow for a typical gigabit Ethernet connection.

Is the device connecting directly to the CR200A gateway, or are you in IP Passthrough mode and it's connecting to another router first?
Do you have any other Ethernet devices that you can test with to isolate if it's just one device you're connecting and not a systemic issue?
Have you tried using a different Ethernet cable?
- How long is the cable you're using?
Have you tried both Ethernet ports on the CR200A gateway?
