One of my users is having odd issues on his Ravine 2. Occasionally the phone starts to display the completely wrong time - it is NOT a time zone or DST issue - the phone is off by an hour and 9 minutes! Rebooting usually fixes the time but while the time is wrong, he also gets the wrong time on phone/text/PTT calls and that isn't fixed by the reboot.
In addition, the phone will randomly not log his regular or PTT calls.
I've tried reseting the phone (*228) and since it is in PTT mode I cannot make the change to the network settings recommended in another thread.
Any ideas?
