I had a Verizon chat session regarding my Windows 8 HTC phone suddenly not receiving email. The recommendation was to delete the account and start a new one, which I did. Now whenever I sync, I get an error message
80004005 and there are no messages, old or new. I have performed numerous soft reboots. Everything else seems to be ok. Other devices in the house work fine with the same account.
I did a restart and wow I’m getting error code 80072F30
Any ideas before I do a system reset?
