I've lost internet connection on my 928. How do I get it back?

I like this phone - when it works. I've spent too many hours with support trying to get it to work right. After having to replace my first 928 -- 20 days after the warranty ended -- I mistakenly got the same phone thinking it couldn't happen twice! NOT. Now I'm having to count the days until I can replace it with a Samsung Galaxy or something comparable. I can get a replacement with their new plan, but it would end up costing more in the long run. Not happy at this point

Help is just a posting away TerCur! May I ask are you able to use other services on your 928, like calling and text messages? Are you able to access the web using wifi? We're trying to narrow the issue down to either a device issue or a network issue? Can I assume that there isn't any liquid/physical damage on the device? As you share the details then we can assist.

I finally located a checklist on your website to try and it worked. Since I couldn't check email on my phone, I had to wait till I got home last night to see this note. Text and phone worked but there seems to be a consistent problem with emails so like I mentioned, I'll probably not get the same one when I have an opportunity to change. I was able to get it to work after turning off and leaving it off for awhile. It was still very slow but appears to be ok this morning. To answer another one of your question, I just got this phone about a month ago as a replacement for another one that died only 20 days after the warranty ended.
