I have tried to install the update several times and it continues to fail. The error code is 410. Anyone have a clue why? Thanks.
You may have to factory reset your phone then proceed with the update, something on your phone is preventing it from being able to update. If you have rooted it or anything for instance that would prevent it from updating and you would have to reverse any such doings.
I did that and still getting the error 410...
Have you ever rooted it or updated the ROM manually?
