I have an Extravert2. When I attempt to access Voice Mail, the screen goes blank and I have to open the keyboard to enter my password. How can I keep the screen lit to use the numberpad.
cdjny,I apologize for the issues you are having with accessing your voicemail. Do you notice if the screen goes blank when dialing other services that require you to enter in codes or choose options?
