There seems to be a Network Extender Outage again today, I see in the Posts that this is not uncommon. But being a new Network Extender User, I thought it was my equipment so I called in for some Tech support and waited 35 minutes online just to be told there was an outage in the West and they were working on it. Verizon needs a system to notify users via E-mail or text or both when they are having an outage. It would save thousands of people ffrom calling in, waiting, getting frustrated at the long wait, just to find out that there is a network issue.
BTW, I had all blue lights on my Extender, but when I tried to make a call, I got no response at all.
