How do I get the screen display to stay on and not go off after 5 seconds?
On a basic phone huh?
You'll need to select "options" or "more" perhaps and look for settings. It's been awhile since I've had my grubby little lunch hooks on a basic phone, but my guess is you'd want to look under "screen" or "screen timeout" or maybe even "background" - which basic phone do you have?
