I turn it off a couple of hours and it cools down then when I use Facebook or my other applications for five or ten minutes it gets warm or hot what should I do ?

Having your phone work the way it should is important. Slight warming of the phone is normal depending on what's being used. Since this is happening with Facebook and Messenger, let's start with those two. What are you viewing on Facebook (pictures, videos) when this happens? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling those apps to see if that helps?
