I was wondering if i could replace my device and transfer my old number to the new phone and use it's SIM card instead of the old one.
You will need to call the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to get assistance with transferring your account from the old phone to the new phone and SIM card that came with the new phone.
