I use to be able import pictures to my laptop. Now when I go to import pictures there are no files SAMSUNG-SM-N910V. How do I fix this?
With the Marshmallow update, the default USB mode is charge only. Once you connect the phone and computer with the USB cable, pull down the notification shade, tap where it says USB Charging, and change it to File Transfer.
