Thank you for reporting a false statement to certain websites stating the issue was resolved overnight. It hasn't been and is getting a bit old. Can't trust this company much anymore. I have lost all patience due to the amount of money I have spent with the company... All customers affected deserve something
Update:I did restart my HTC Rezound and I have the 4G connection. Although I stick to my words saying that customers affected by this deserve something from Verizon Wireless.
