3G only in Northern Suburbs Chicago today

Are there any 4g outages?

I noticed it's out in wheeling and buffalo grove (went into the vzw store to confirm it too), but not in northbrook and deerfield... looks like a spot outtage.

I live in Schaumburg and no 4g for at least 36 hours here.

yup, been out since monday afternoon at 3pm.  do we even know if they are aware and/or working on fixing this?

On the phone with Verizon and trying to trouble shoot my phone. I told them it's just not me. He is putting in a ticket to check the area for the 4g

definitely not just you, the two salesmen in the vzw store I went into had tbolts too and they were both on 3G instead of 4g.

I told him it was just not me, there are others saying they dont have 4g as well.  He said nobody called in to them and on their side the computer shows no problems with the 4g anywhere in IL.  He did a ticket and hopefully it will be fixed within 48-72 hours he said.  But if more people would call in, then they can make it urgent.

I just called to report it too and they said only one other person has reported this outtage in my area...
