Prior to Covid and resuming last Monday I do not have internet or data access at my desk at work even though I have four bars LTE and can get calls and sometimes text messages. Very frustrating! AT&T customers that sit next to me do not have this issue. At first I thought my employer was jamming the signal but if my coworkers with AT&T do not have this issue. Verizon customers have this issue. It's taken DAYS to manage to contact Verizon during the time I am actually having the issue because the confirmation text message would be delayed. Is this an issue with the data plan being delayed? Is this ALL data plans?
