I have three phone lines with the sharing unlimited plan (grandfather plan) but very often have no internet reception before reaching 22GB usage. I called the customer service and was told that internet speed may slow down in times of congestions (de-prioritization) even before reaching 22GB. I was never informed about it and I can’t find any information like that on Verizon website. This is how Verizon is treating loyal customers and this is the service I receive when paying over $180 every month. I’m definitely switching to AT&T.
