4G Dead in Cary, NC

My usual blazing 4G connection is dead this morning. I started out with one 4G bar, and now it is down to two 3G bars. I usually get 10 mbps down and 5 up, but today it has been reduced to what you see below. Thankfully the 3G signal is pretty good so my battery is not getting chewed up. There is a tower in our parking lot, so I have to assume that something has gone wrong there. I'm at 6501 Weston Parkway in Cary. There is a huge VZW complex right across the street. Anyone else having this issue?
