I get error message WMC604 - and I can't connect. This is after they sent a tech out to test at my home! I dont have the time and money to pay them to work out their system. Came home and it worked Wednesday night but then Thursday all error messages and would only connect for a few minutes when I did not get the error messages.

I see you've connected with the other Oklahomian & compared notes already.

Your problem sounds similar to one that was solved for me here:

about 4 pages into a discussion.  You could begin at the start.              It's a real quick little fix that won't take up much of your time and Verizon folks look slow to embrace it.       Just a ctrl-t    and  a   at+cgdcont?    is all you need to do to see if you've got a problem there.

Uninstall all versions of Vzaccess Manager and device drivers. Reboot, reinstall the 4G VZ Access Manager either from www.vzam.net or from the CD.

Yes - thank you for your reply Neander, I found this solution in community on Friday night and it seems to eleminate some of my error messages. Still no success with constent disconnects. I am taking my product back today while I can get a refund. I dont have the time to mess with it as it is tax season for me!
