Don't believe anything Anyone at Verizon tells you. I just cancelled my MyFi because they have consistently lied and overcharged me for two years. I even had my parents switch from the other tv/inet/phone service in the area to them, and I still got totally overcharged and lied to. I will never be a verizon customer at all. They do nothing but lie to their customers....I can't even imagine what it is like to work for them.
