My location: Elon, NC. I've had an iPhone 5 since December of 2012 and have not had any service issues until a few weeks ago. Now my phone constantly loses the 4G LTE signal and operates on 3G. This seems to happen regardless of where I am in and around town. I've reset the network settings. Didn't work. Anyone have suggestions? Insights?
