I seem to be experiencing extremely slow 4G connection speeds in specific areas of Newark. What makes this issue slightly wierd is the fact that while in one part of the Rutgers campus, I get 4G speeds of .25MB/s down and 1.5MB/s up. But on another part of the Rutgers campus, the speeds are normal 4G. This has not been an issue since the past month or so, and have been hoping it will be resolved. At first I thought it might have been my device, but this is not the case. Any help would be appreciated.
