Hello Jrodela18. That should definitely not be happening with your LTE service. Nothing has been reported in the zip codes you have provided. With your iPhone, have you attempted to go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Connections? This helps your phone restore its connection to our system, and can help recover LTE service. Just as a heads up, this reset also erases your saved WiFi passwords, so you will need to enter them back in.
It tried this yesterday and it worked for about half the day. Now I've only been in 3G. I've seen multiple post from other people saying the same thing in different states.
