4G LTE Problem

I recently purchased a Droid Razr, and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Now, after about a month of having it, it's beginning to have a small issue.
The issue being:
Sim Card Authorization Error
The sim card may not be authroized for LTE service. Please Power down the phone and contact provider customer service.
Any help is appreciated!

This is not your phone... I have the new Razr and this is due to network problems...
This is the second time this month that there is a major network outage for LTE and some 3G also...
Still waiting for a solution...
