I've had 4G LTE through Verizon Wireless since October 2011 and lately it’s been nothing but problems. Streaming videos freeze every two seconds so basically they’re impossible to watch and I have problems with Skype too (an alert keeps coming up saying that the internet connection is too slow for video calls and people just don't hear me when I make regular phone calls). When I called Verizon a couple of weeks ago the rep tried to make it sound like it was just a matter of clearing the cookies and the history, which I did. Of course it didn't make any difference. Even browsing the internet is slow. Is anybody having these same issues? I'm in West LA, California.
