I work very close to the intersection of Highways 281 & 1604 in North San Antonio and have for the past year or more been getting a good strong 4G LTE signal here. Over the past several days, I only seem to get a 3G signal but with all 5 bars of signal strength. Does Verizon need to do a cell tower check in this area?
I'm a happy Verizon customer and hope to remain that way.

Let's find out what's changed with the service in this area, ChrisEFranklin. The area is within our 4G coverage and there are currently no alerts in the area. What device do you have? Have you tried removing and reinserting the SIM to refresh the network? Since you mentioned you worked near this area, are any of your coworkers experiencing this?

I have an iPhone 5S. Today, I performed a Power Down then a Restart on my phone and now I am getting LTE. It appears that was the resolution to the issue. Thank you for your response. Keep up the good work Verizon!!
