My 4g LTE has been down for 2 days now. I was wondering if it was down in Memphis, TN.

I am in Memphis,TN as well and just recently got my i5.  However, mine has been on 3G since day 1.  Not sure why, tried shutting down and restarting, but still 3G.  Tried downloading Pandora last week and it literally took 15 minutes, really!  Any suggestions?
