4G LTE in Irvine, CA 92620?

I got only 3G with an iPhone 6 with one dot (bar) signal wireless coverage at corner of Crested Bird & Groveland (near Groveland & Irvine Blvd. intersection).

What worse is that I constantly get calls dropped!

I used AntennaSearch - Search for Cell Towers, Cell Reception, Hidden Antennas and more.

and see one Tower at 13241 Jeffrey Rd. Irvine, CA which owns by Verizon but it may not be working?
