I'm not sure who to contact to find out why my 4G LTE internet is running at speeds comparable to late 90's dial up... despite claiming to have 3bars of signal on my jet-pack. (I've also tried the hot-spot on my phone and two different computers, so pretty sure the issues on Verizon's end.)
I'd like place a complaint about not being able to find out where I should place a complaint. Also I'd like to know when my internet may return to normal. Currently I use a 32GB plan, but I will need to look for another service provider if Verizon isn't able to fix the problem.
