Even with all these complaints, Verizon will waste hours of your time on phone acting like there is nothing wrong with your coverage.
I honestly love Verizon in so many ways but what the hell is this??? Why are you doing this to your loyal customers?
I spent about 2 hours on my roommates phone last night, troubleshooting HTC DNA because the 4G LTE speeds are so bad that I cant even use my phone like I used to... I get errors when trying to load websites, upload instagram, play videos, send emails... I even got connection errors when using the speedtest.net app to check the speed!
Pretty much what I pay for every month is non existent.
This actually makes me really upset now that I see all of these complaints on their own website, they clearly know people are upset!
There are no excuses for putting your customers through all this without offering an explanation as to why this is happening!
I believe we deserve some sort of compensation as to why the coverage/service we are paying out every month is so FREAKING HORRIBLE!
Anyone else feeling how I am feeling?
