4G LTE not working

I have the Samsung S9 and cannot connect to use data at all. Only Wifi and I've troubleshot everything.  Why do I not have 4G LTE?! Area code 75154. Never had issues before.

Trisha381, we always want our customers to have the reliable service they deserve. To see that you’re having issues is heartbreaking. Let’s check out what’s going on. We don’t show there being any issues reported in the area. Approximately when did you notice a change in service? Do you know if this is impacting others that are in your area also?

I have a Samsung 8+.  I have the same problem with the 4G LTE also.  I spoke with my office mate and she has a Samsung Note 9 and she has been seeing the same issues as I.  I have been seeing this issue for well over a month.  I thought at first it was because of my location,  However, I never had problems before and I have been at the same desk for almost 5 years.  Then I thought it might be because I just made my last payment on my phone and it was a way for you guys to push me to get a new phone and new payment.  Then this morning it clicked in my head that I have not seen my 4G illuminated on my phone for about the same amount of time as I have been having issues.  I cannot call out or receive calls unless i have 3 or more bars at 3G and alot of my text messages fail to send.  I saw this morning that i have a new update with Samsung.  Hoping that helps.  I have done the *228 as well so that would be a waste as well.

I guess it would help if I let you know my location.   I live at 44254 and work here as well.

I have the s10e are code 504 zipcode 7007e my 4glte doesnt work nor does my data work only if its connected to wifi and I've done all the trouble shooting as well.

Same here 55345. Mobile data not working and cant call, no bars... this started happening after my recent update last week...

Kwangwoonkim, this is never something we want to have happen with your service. We do not have any reported issues in that area, so we would like to look into this further. Does this issues happen wherever you are, or how far do you have to travel to make a call? Do you run into any issues with text and/or data?  EricaG_VZW

different phone may work different than the old one.

4g is for the big city, which your an hour south.

First off We have iPhone X, iPhone 6s+, iPad 9.7 with Cell service on it.

Family has iPhone x, iPhone 8, iPads, a few Android devices  etc...

We are an Apple FamilyWe have lived in this Home for over 5 years and I have been with Verizon forever, prior to moving here.

When we moved in we had Cell service at MAX strength.

Over pst 6 months our cell service has degrade to what it is now, ALL BUT NON_EXISTANT!

Now this is both inside and Outside the home and the Tower is 1.5 miles away and since I hve not moved my 4,000 sqft home and from what I can tell the tower has not moved either there must be something that Verizon is doing to degrade the signal.

I keep all the phones for my family updated. I have had the phones to the Verizon and Apple store and neither have identified issues with our phones so again, there must be something that Verizon is doing to degrade the signal.

 

I have spoken to others in the area with Android as well as more Apple products and they all have the same story.

 

Verizon service has degraded to the point to where I am looking at changing providers as well as recommending others do the same in the area and then Verizon may take notice of the situation!

I can go to my family inCleveland where we have always had a full bar and strangly we still have a full bar when there but again we return home and anywhere we are we no have just 1 dot or less!

Mine has not been working since I did an update around 1 pm today.  I live in a large city and never had this problem.
