For the last 4 days the 4G lite service has been very slow. What's going on?
Don't know where you are, but if you have a number of college or university campuses nearby, it's final exam season for the summer semester. Most college course content is online and tests are also online these days, so the network will be congested because of that.
Hi, thx for your quick reply. I am west of Puget Sound in NW Washington. This slow service started when the smoke from the fires in the east blew west to us. I'll check with the local office to see what they know.
I haven't been keeping track of the news much lately, but the fires must have damaged some towers or other infrastructure, which would place additional burden on whatever's still functioning. This would slow your data speeds down.
