4G Rollout Chico, CA

Today is the official launch of 4G in Chico, CA. I live a mere 2.7 miles west of Chico's downtown city plaza. What I'm seeing is intermittent LTE. My phone will have LTE for a few minutes, then swtich back to 3G, then swtich back to LTE. It will not stay LTE on a steady basis.

I have this same issue in Chico. Both yesterday (10/17) and today (10/18). My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I live and work very close to Enloe Hospital.
