I know they're not supposed to fire things up 'officially' until Thursday of this week, but I've been getting 4G connections sporadically in downtown Des Moines this week. Speed test show some very nice numbers! Have had a few times where I've dropped data completely with my Droid Razr, but nothing for any extended period of time...
